Improvement work is currently taking place at our Jubilee campsite.
- A new safer entrance has been created with space to pull in off the road. The gates are much wider allowing for larger vehicles to access the site.
- The rusty old fencing is being replaced with smart wooden fencing.
- More parking provision is being created by removing part of the bank along the fence line and closing off the old entrance.
- A large hardcore area has been created ready for delivery of heated toilet facilities and shower.
- The old storage container is being removed to tidy up the area.
- Bookings for the site will soon move over to Online Scout Manager allowing users to see live availability before booking.
- A management team will be formed to progress future projects and coordinate site service days.
